What if I don't get an offer?

You only pay for the work we actually do. The prepayment covers resume preparation, LinkedIn, interviews, and job search. If there's no offer — you don't pay anything extra.

How long will the job search take?

Depends on your experience, market, and readiness for interviews. On average, clients get offers within 1-3 months. If you already have a ready resume and are actively applying — the process will be faster.
